We’re Hiring: Land Surveyor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team and support ongoing construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for conducting site surveys, performing construction setting-out, establishing control points, and preparing survey reports and drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field surveys and measurements using GPS, total stations, levels, and other surveying equipment
• Collect and analyze survey data to determine property boundaries, topography, and features
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide precise data
• Verify and interpret survey results for accuracy and legal compliance
• Use CAD and GIS software to produce detailed survey drawings
• Research land records, previous surveys, and legal documents
• Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and environmental regulations during fieldwork
• Monitor and maintain survey equipment and tools

Requirements:

• • Diploma/Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or Civil Engineering• 3–5 years of experience in construction projects• Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level• Experience with AutoCAD or similar surveying software
