Estimation Engineer

Job Title: Estimation Engineer (Fit-Out / Joinery)

Experience Required: 3–5 Years (UAE experience preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Estimation Engineer with experience in interior fit-out, joinery, and construction works. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing drawings, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the sales / project team in tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Prepare cost estimation for interior fit-out / joinery projects.
• Perform quantity take-off from drawings.
• Send inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors.
• Compare supplier quotations and prepare cost analysis.
• Prepare BOQ, costing sheets, and tender documents.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project team.
• Prepare project budget and material costing.
• Attend site visits if required.
• Ensure estimation is completed within deadline.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Fit-out / Joinery / Interior works.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
• Good knowledge of materials, joinery, and interior finishes.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Good communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 4000 – AED 7000 (Based on experience)
• Visa + Medical + Other benefits as per UAE law

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
