Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor with proven UAE experience to support construction and façade engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land and façade surveys, collecting accurate field data, and preparing technical drawings and reports to support project planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Land & Façade Surveying

• Conduct land, topographic, and façade surveys, including boundaries, elevations, and alignments.
• Operate surveying equipment such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS systems, and laser scanning devices.
• Perform façade measurements to verify alignment, verticality, and installation accuracy for building envelope systems.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Compile and analyze field data to prepare survey drawings, maps, and technical reports.
• Prepare and update survey drawings using AutoCAD (Mandatory).
• Interpret architectural drawings, site plans, and project specifications.
• Ensure survey data complies with UAE construction standards and project requirements.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to integrate survey data into project execution.
• Maintain accurate survey records, field notes, and digital documentation.
• Provide on-site survey support during construction and installation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of land surveying experience in the UAE.
• Strong experience operating Total Station and GPS surveying equipment.
• AutoCAD proficiency is Mandatory.
• Knowledge of Civil 3D or GIS software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and façade installation requirements.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and site coordination abilities.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
