Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor with proven experience in roads, utilities, bridges, and large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, field accuracy, and a solid understanding of engineering design requirements to support ongoing and upcoming construction works.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed topographic, boundary, and construction surveys for infrastructure projects.
• Perform setting-out for roads, utilities, bridges, and related civil works with high precision.
• Prepare and maintain survey reports, field notes, as-built data, and digital records.
• Collaborate closely with project engineers, site teams, and consultants to ensure survey data aligns with design specifications.
• Utilize GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, and other surveying instruments/software to capture and process data.
• Verify and adjust survey equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor site progress and provide updated survey information as required.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, project standards, and safety protocols.

Mandatory Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in roads, utilities, bridges, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related survey tools.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple site tasks efficiently.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working with contractors or consultants on major infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with local authority standards and approval processes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• RTA or Dubai Municipality (DM) approval experience. Profiles without this will not be considered.

The offered salary for this role is 7000 to 8000 AED
