Job Title: Land Surveyor

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced and detail-focused Land Surveyors to assist in ongoing engineering and construction projects. This role involves carrying out site surveys, taking precise measurements, and analyzing data to support accurate project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform land and site surveys using modern equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and Auto Level
• Record measurements including distances, elevations, contours, and boundaries
• Prepare survey reports, drawings, and related documentation
• Check and confirm site layouts in line with engineering plans
• Work closely with engineers, site teams, and project managers
• Carry out calculations and interpret data for site development
• Ensure all work meets project specifications and safety guidelines
• Handle maintenance and calibration of surveying instruments

Eligibility Criteria

Experience:

• 1–2 years of GCC experience OR
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in home country

Education:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering OR
• High School qualification with relevant surveying experience

Skills & Competencies:

• Hands-on experience with surveying tools (Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD preferred)
• Solid knowledge of land measurement and mapping methods
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities
• Willingness to work in outdoor/site environments
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic English communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
