We are hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor specialized in aluminium works industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project cost control for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project scope
• Perform cost estimation and budgeting
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement team
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience working in aluminium industry
• Proficiency in MS Excel, and estimation tools
• Good communication and negotiation skills

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• work in Factories : 3 years (Preferred)
