Land Surveyor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate land measurements, preparing survey reports, and supporting construction activities to ensure project compliance with design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform land and construction surveys for infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities).
• Set out works in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
• Operate survey instruments such as Total Stations, GPS, and leveling equipment.
• Prepare survey reports, maps, and documentation.
• Verify accuracy of data, measurements, and calculations.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams.
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates on survey activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in survey equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level).
• Strong knowledge of surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and on-site under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or government projects.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards.
• Valid driving license.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
