Land Surveyor – Contracting Company (Buildings)

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Land Surveyor for building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site setting-out, preparing as-built surveys, establishing control points, and ensuring all measurements match project drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting out for foundations, columns, slabs, and utilities
• Operating Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level
• Preparing survey reports and as-built drawings
• Verifying site levels, dimensions, and alignments
• Coordinating with site engineers and supervisors

Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor in UAE
• Strong knowledge of building construction surveying
• Proficiency in Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Available to join immediately (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
