Land Surveyor with Landscaping Experience

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting accurate site surveys and providing detailed survey data to support landscaping projects. This role involves measuring land features, establishing property boundaries, collecting topographical data, and ensuring accuracy for design and construction execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to obtain accurate measurements, elevations, contours, and boundary data.
• Use surveying instruments such as GPS, total stations, levels, and drones (where applicable).
• Prepare topographical maps, site plans, and detailed survey reports to support landscaping design and construction.
• Collaborate with landscape architects, designers, engineers, and project managers to provide precise site data.
• Mark locations for grading, irrigation systems, utilities, hardscape elements, and construction features.
• Identify and document site constraints including slopes, drainage patterns, easements, and encroachments.
• Verify that landscaping and construction works are executed according to approved survey data and drawings.
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with UAE regulations, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Maintain, calibrate, and properly handle surveying equipment.
• Keep accurate field notes, sketches, and organized digital survey records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in landscaping projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of topographic surveying and site layout.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and surveying software.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Valid UAE Driver's License
