Landscape Architect

• Develop landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings
• Prepare site analysis, layouts, planting plans, hardscape, irrigation, and lighting designs
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
• Conduct site inspections and ensure designs are executed as per approved drawings
• Select appropriate materials, plants, and finishes suitable for climate and project requirements
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project specifications
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and support tender documentation
• Review shop drawings and material submittals
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• 3–7 years of relevant experience (Gulf/UAE experience preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and landscape construction
• Excellent design, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per month
