Job Summary

We are a growing landscaping and plant nursery company operating in Dubai and Fujairah. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Architect with strong skills in landscape design, drafting, 3D modeling, and rendering. The role involves producing professional drawings, 3D models, and high-quality renderings for client presentations and project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or Horticulture Design (with CAD/3D experience)
• 3–6 years of experience in landscape design
• Experience in landscaping projects (residential, commercial, villas)
• UAE / GCC project experience preferred

Software Skills (Mandatory)

• AutoCAD – 2D drafting (layouts, sections, details, planting plans)
• SketchUp or equivalent 3D software
• Rendering software: Lumion or D5 Render
• Photoshop / Revit experience is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape concept designs and detailed layouts
• Develop planting plans and hardscape designs
• Create 3D models and realistic renderings
• Prepare presentation boards, visuals, and walkthroughs
• Select plant palettes suitable for UAE climate
• Support design-to-execution coordination
• Conduct site visits and verify site measurements when required

Technical Knowledge

• Landscape materials and finishes
• Plant selection for UAE climate
• Hardscape and irrigation layout basics
• Basic grading and level understanding

Additional Requirements

• UAE driving license preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Portfolio required at time of application
