Landscaping Draftsman

• Minimum 3 years experience in swimming pool
• Produce quality CAD Shop Drawing, As-Built Drawing, Construction Detail and Design Development drawings for Landscaping projects in coordination with the Design Manager and Landscape Architect
• Work from rough sketches and specifications created by Design Manager and Landscape architect to develop drawings and design development plans
• Review and analyze, sketches, drawings, ideas, specifications, and related data to assess factors affecting designs and the procedures
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements
• Maintain international drafting standards
• Produce Graphic Presentations
• Coordinate with the Architect, Project Manager, Site Manager and Engineer to produce Shop Drawings and process Submittals
• Quantity Take-off

Education & other requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit/BIM, Photoshop and 3D Applications
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the Landscaping, Construction Industry
• Must possess excellent organizational, communication and coordination abilities
• Must possess previous Site Experience
• Sound knowledge with civil infrastructure projects is a must (roads, utilities, landscape, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
