Job Description

Universal BIM is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Architect – BIM to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in landscape design, BIM modeling, and preparation of detailed landscape drawings for UAE projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape design concepts and BIM models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Prepare detailed landscape drawings, hardscape and softscape layouts, and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams.
• Produce high-quality 2D drawings and 3D landscape models.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and deadlines.
• Prepare planting plans, irrigation layouts, and material specifications.
• Review and update drawings based on consultant and client comments.
• Maintain BIM standards and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of UAE experience in landscape architecture and BIM projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and landscape detailing.
• Knowledge of hardscape, softscape, and irrigation systems.
• Experience working on UAE standards and regulations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Candidates must be currently available in the UAE.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Navisworks, Lumion, Enscape, or SketchUp.
• Knowledge of sustainable landscape design practices.
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination workflows.
