What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage multiple landscape construction crews
• Oversee daily production schedules (Google Calendar based)
• Coordinate with ownership on project handoff and execution
• Work directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and quality
• Manage job budgets, timelines, and overall performance
• Run weekly production meetings and reporting
• Hire, train, and develop crew members
• Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and jobsite organization

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in landscape or construction management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• High attention to detail—especially on high-end projects
• Ability to stay organized and keep multiple jobs moving
• Good communication with customers and team members
• Someone who takes ownership and gets things done

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
