Position Overview

We’re seeking a Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee a crew of landscape maintenance professionals. This role is hands-on in the field while also responsible for ensuring efficiency, safety, and excellence in every project. You’ll lead by example, train crew members, and make sure properties are serviced to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a crew on landscape maintenance projects (mowing, edging, pruning, blowing, seasonal work).
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and is completed efficiently.
• Communicate with management and clients as needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Train and mentor crew members, promoting teamwork and professionalism.
• Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment safely.
• Maintain daily records, time tracking, and job site photos .
• Enforce safety policies and proper use of equipment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscape maintenance required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time, people, and equipment effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• English and Spanish speaking
• Reliable, professional, and safety-minded.
