Job Summary:

As an Enhancements Supervisor, you will be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for the quality and completion of diverse landscaping projects. From operating heavy machinery to fine-detail pruning, you will ensure our projects are executed to the "Integrity Standard." This is a full-time, year-round position. While our typical high season runs from late March/early April through November, we provide consistent work throughout the year.

Target Start Date: March 17, 2026

Responsibilities:

Lead & Oversee: Manage a crew to ensure the high-quality completion of landscaping projects.

Equipment Operation: Safely drive commercial trucks and trailers; operate machinery including skid steers, loaders, Dingos, power buggies, and mini-excavators.

Project Execution: Maintain mulch beds and perform tasks such as edging, pruning, trimming, and planting.

Specialized Installs: Lead the installation of retaining walls and French drainage systems.

Site Management: Conduct thorough spring and fall cleanups to keep client properties pristine.

Administrative: Track time entry for the crew and ensure all work stays on schedule.

Qualifications & Skillset:

Leadership Experience: Proven track record in a supervisor or foreman role within a landscaping crew.

Machinery Proficiency: Hands-on experience with heavy equipment (Dingo, mini-X, saws, skid steer, etc.).

Technical Knowledge: Expertise in pruning, tree trimming, retaining wall construction, and drainage solutions.

Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for quality and the ability to manage time effectively.

Compensation:

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday (Occasional overtime required)
