Landscape Crew Member

Ground Effects Landscaping and Excavation LLC is currently looking for full-time and part-time Landscaping Crew Members to join our growing team. We are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in quality work.

Job Duties

Responsibilities may include:

• Lawn mowing and property maintenance
• Mulching and landscape bed maintenance
• Spring and fall cleanups
• Assisting with landscaping and hardscape projects
• General labor and site cleanup
• Supporting excavation and landscape installation projects when needed

Most work will focus on lawn maintenance and mowing, with opportunities to assist on larger landscaping projects.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Landscaping experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Reliable and able to work well with a team

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay: $16/hour or more depending on experience
• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Work performed throughout the Fort Wayne area
• Company shop located in New Haven, Indiana
