Landscape Crew Member

Responsibilities:

• Perform landscaping and hardscaping work as assigned.
• Operate and maintain zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites.
• Assist in the installation of hardscapes such as patios, retaining walls, and walkways.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift/move materials as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Lead positions will oversee job sites, manage crews, and complete paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, and lawn care preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in groundskeeping, irrigation systems, and tree care techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of hand tools, mechanical equipment, and excavation techniques preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to drive a pickup truck with a trailer preferred.
• Experience with zero-turn mowers preferred for mowing positions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $15.10-$17 per hour for entry-level laborers, with regular raises based on performance.
• Experienced workers in hardscape, softscape, will receive pay based on experience.
• Overtime pay (time and a half after 40 hours per week).
• Full-time, year-round positions available with benefits, including:

• Seasonal positions available, with typical work hours of 7 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday (some evenings and weekends during peak seasons).
