Position: Landscape Crew Member

Pay Range: $20 - $24 per hour (based on experience)

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in the landscaping or construction industry.

- Project Knowledge: Strong understanding of project workflows, including excavation, construction, and finishing processes.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a crew while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

- Versatility: Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: deck building, paver patios, landscape beds, outdoor lighting, irrigation, sod installation, outdoor kitchens, and pergolas.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions on the job site.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage landscape projects from start to finish.

- Ensure crew members understand their roles and execute tasks efficiently.

- Read and interpret project plans and blueprints.

- Operate and oversee the use of equipment for excavation and construction.

- Maintain safety protocols and ensure the crew follows them on all job sites.

- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction.
