Role Overview:

As a Landscape Construction Crew Member, you'll engage in a variety of tasks, contributing to residential and commercial landscape projects. This role involves:

• Building patios, walls, plantings, water features, fire features, and low-voltage lighting
• Operating machinery like skid steers, saws, and compactors
• Working in diverse weather conditions

Experience and Qualifications:

Prior experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate in specific areas. We're looking for:

• Consistent reliability and punctuality
• A strong work ethic and adaptability
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the role
• Spanish fluency is a plus
• A valid Oregon driver’s license is beneficial
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds consistently throughout the day

• Professional Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
