NWI Tree Service provides high-quality tree care and landscaping services across Wisconsin and Minnesota. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscape Crew Member to assist with yard repairs, plantings, hardscapes, grading, and other outdoor projects. If you enjoy working outside and take pride in creating clean, beautiful spaces—we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Help with lawn and landscape restoration after tree work
• Install mulch, plants, trees, edging, and sod
• Assist with hardscape projects like patios, rock work, and retaining walls
• Support light grading, drainage solutions, and job site clean-up
• Jump in to help with other crew tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in landscaping, hardscapes, or tree planting is a plus (not required)
• Comfortable lifting heavy materials and working in all weather
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to learn
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Willingness to help where needed—indoors or out
