Landscape Crew Member

Blue Collar Q Landscaping is a growing, locally-owned company serving Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and surrounding SW Florida communities. We're taking on new commercial and HOA accounts and need dependable crew members to grow with us.

What you'll do:

- Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing on residential, commercial, and HOA properties

- Hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, and seasonal cleanups

- Load and unload equipment and keep trucks, trailers, and tools clean and ready

- Deliver sharp, detail-oriented work that makes properties look their best

What we're looking for:

- Reliable, on time, and ready to work outdoors in the Florida heat

- Strong work ethic and team attitude

- Experience with commercial mowers and equipment a plus (we'll train the right person)

- Valid driver's license preferred

- Able to lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet all day

What we offer:

- $18-$22 per hour based on experience
