```Duties```
- Perform groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Provide regular lawn care maintenance including fertilizing, watering, and weed control
- Operate power tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Assist with tree care tasks such as pruning, planting, and removal
- Maintain gardens by planting flowers, shrubs, and other plants
- Use hand tools to perform various landscaping tasks such as digging, raking, and mulching
- Ensure outdoor spaces are clean and free of debris
- Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of various plants, trees, and flowers
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in landscaping
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
