Landscape Crew Member

We are seeking a skilled and reliable landscape installation crew member to join our growing team. At G&C, we value hard work, reliability, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded professional who is as comfortable operating power equipment as they are working with hand tools.

Duties

• Technical proficiency: solid experience with standard landscaping equipment and proficiency in site prep, including digging, planting, and raking/leveling
• End-to-End Knowledge: a strong understanding of the landscape installation process from initial layout to final completion
• Collaborative Mindset: you value teamwork and communicate effectively with your crew to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
• Professionalism: strong time management skills, the ability to take initiative when needed, and a deep respect for your teammates and our customers
• Other Skills: familiarity with landscaping principles, mechanical knowledge, and basic lawn maintenance skills

Pay: $170.00 - $240.00 per day
