Landscape Designer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and present landscape design concepts, preliminary sketches, and detailed construction

drawings.

• Prepare comprehensive landscape plans, site layouts, planting designs, and 3D visualizations.
• Select appropriate materials, plants, and design features in accordance with project requirements and

allocated budget.

• Review and approve landscape-related drawings and contractor submissions to ensure design intent

is maintained.

• Maintain current knowledge of landscape design trends, technologies, and sustainable practices.

Coordination & Collaboration

• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to seamlessly integrate landscape

designs into the overall project scope.

• Liaise with clients to understand project vision, requirements, and expectations throughout the design

process.

• Collaborate with procurement and site teams to ensure materials and plants are sourced in line with design specifications.

• AutoCAD / SketchUp / BIM proficiency

• 3D visualization & rendering

• Horticulture & plant knowledge (Preferred)

• Sustainable design principles

• Material & cost estimation (Preferred)

Qualification:

Education Bachelor’s degree in civil, Architecture, Horticulture, or related field

Experience Minimum 3–5 years of landscape design experience, preferably in the UAE

or GCC region

Software Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, BIM

Language Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
