Landscape Designer

1. Design & Concept Development

• Develop creative landscape concepts based on client requirements and site conditions
• Prepare conceptual designs, mood boards, and client presentations
• Produce detailed landscape drawings, including:
• Softscape and hardscape layouts
• Planting plans
• Irrigation concepts
• Landscape lighting layouts

2. Visualization & Technical Design

• Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations (renders)
• Select appropriate materials, plant species, and finishes
• Ensure designs align with sustainability principles and industry best practices

3. Coordination & Project Support

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal project teams
• Conduct site analysis and assessments
• Support project execution to ensure design intent is maintained on-site

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure all designs comply with UAE regulations and authority requirements
• Review and revise designs based on feedback, site conditions, and project constraints
• Assist in BOQ preparation and design-related documentation

5. Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with landscape design trends, materials, and innovations
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance project quality and client satisfaction

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in landscape design (UAE experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or related field
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• SketchUp / Lumion / 3ds Max (or similar 3D software)
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong knowledge of plant selection, materials, and landscape detailing
• Understanding of UAE regulations and authority requirements (preferred)
• Excellent creativity, visualization, and presentation skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
