Senior Landscape Designer

Secret Gardens LLC is a landscaping design & build company. We are recruiting for a Landscape/Architect Designer who will be creating and overseeing 3D landscape designs and be managing clients throughout the whole process for sales, design and construction stages. Requirements

• Develop conceptual landscape design proposals.
  
• Prepare and present landscape proposals including 2D drawings, 3D renders, CAD drawings , and related design presentations.
  
• Review and interpret detailed plans, construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  
• Create and oversee designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other visualization tools .
  
• Present proposals to clients, manage inquiries, and support negotiations throughout design and construction stages.
  
• Ensure project timelines and customer requirements are achieved.
  
• Coordinate with the Operations Team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
  
• Lead material selection and design recommendations.
  
• Stay updated on market trends, materials, and industry developments.
  
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers.
  
• Support project costing and estimates with the Operations Team.
  
• Manage and mentor junior design team members.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field .
  
• Minimum 4-5 years of UAE experience in landscape architecture/design.
  
• Previous team leadership or team management experience preferred .
  
• Strong design, presentation, and client management skills.
  
• Fluent in Arabic and English .
  
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office , and related rendering/design software.
  
• Strong knowledge of modelling from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations.
  
• Experience in visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
  
• Ability to manage projects independently from concept through execution.
  
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
