Landscape driver/crew member

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping and groundskeeping tasks. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and have a passion for gardening and landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure a well-maintained appearance.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks.
• Participate in snow plowing activities during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.
• Conduct tree care activities including tree trimming and removal as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to build and maintain garden structures or features.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
• Follow safety protocols at all times while performing duties.

Skills

• Experience in groundskeeping or lawn care is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of gardening techniques and plant care.
• Proficiency in using hand tools related to landscaping tasks.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy materials.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when necessary.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and tree care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
