Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end landscape project delivery including design coordination, tender review, construction supervision, and handover.
  • Review and provide feedback on landscape design packages, drawings, and specifications to ensure constructability and compliance with project standards.
  • Manage and supervise on-site landscape implementation, including hardscape and softscape works, irrigation, and lighting.
  • Ensure all works are executed in line with approved drawings, materials, and design intent.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and quality control.
  • Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and material approvals.
  • Coordinate with architectural, civil, and MEP teams to resolve design and construction interface issues.
  • Evaluate and certify landscape-related variations and progress claims.
  • Provide technical guidance to contractors and ensure that sustainability and environmental considerations are integrated into the design and construction stages.
  • Prepare and present landscape status reports, inspection notes, and progress documentation.
  • Support the preparation and review of BOQs, technical proposals, and tender documents as needed.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across all landscape activities.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities for design approvals and inspections.
  • Supervise the testing and commissioning of irrigation and lighting systems.
  • Participate in final inspection and handover of completed landscape areas to the client.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale landscape projects, preferably within the GCC region.
  • Demonstrated experience in both design and construction supervision phases.
  • Strong technical understanding of softscape and hardscape materials, irrigation systems, and site implementation methods.
  • Familiarity with sustainability principles and environmental design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related design/review software.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
