Landscape Engineer

Job Title: Landscape Engineer Location: Solitaire Mall, Riyadh Department: Facilities Management Reports to: Facilities Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Landscape Engineer to oversee and maintain all landscaping activities for our luxury mall. The role is responsible for ensuring the exterior and interior greenery, gardens, and outdoor spaces reflect the mall’s premium image and provide an exceptional visitor experience. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and oversee the implementation of landscaping layouts and horticultural works across all mall areas. Supervise maintenance of gardens, plants, irrigation systems, and outdoor decorations to ensure they are kept in top condition. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and facility teams to ensure quality, cost control, and timely completion of landscaping projects. Inspect and monitor the health of plants and trees, and recommend seasonal maintenance, replacements, or improvements. Ensure all landscaping activities comply with environmental, safety, and sustainability standards. Develop maintenance schedules, work orders, and reports for management review. Support event setups or special displays that involve landscaping or outdoor arrangements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in landscape design, construction, and maintenance — preferably in malls, hotels, or luxury properties. Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, and sustainable landscaping practices. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
