WSP is providing Project Management Services (PMS) for a prestigious large-scale mixed-use development in Riyadh. The project includes extensive landscaping, public amenities, cultural facilities, and infrastructure works, contributing to one of the city’s landmark urban transformation initiatives.

The Site Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural works on-site, ensuring that design intent is properly executed, and all construction activities meet project specifications, quality standards, and schedule requirements. The role involves close coordination with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure design integrity throughout the construction phase.


  • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and materials for compliance with design intent and project requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and workmanship.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape teams to ensure seamless design integration.
  • Identify design discrepancies and provide practical solutions in coordination with the design team.
  • Review and respond to RFIs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and health & safety requirements.
  • Participate in site meetings and report on architectural issues, progress, and risks.
  • Support the Project Management team in managing contractors and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
  • Review mock-ups and assist in final approvals of architectural finishes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in architectural supervision, with at least 5 years in the Middle East.
  • Proven experience on large-scale public realm, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team under a PMC environment.
