Landscape Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Engineer with a strong focus on Business Development to drive growth and expand our landscaping portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development efforts for the landscaping division by identifying and pursuing new clients, projects, and partnerships.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in the residential, commercial, and public landscaping sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and developers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids tailored to client needs.
• Drive the entire business development lifecycle, from lead generation and negotiation to deal closure and follow-up.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the operations and design teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct site assessments and client meetings to understand project requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to generate leads and build brand visibility.
• Ensure all project documentation, including contracts and reports, aligns with the company’s standards and business development goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape engineering, with at least 3 years focused on business development or sales within the landscaping or construction industry.
• Proven track record in generating leads, securing new projects, and closing deals.
• Strong network of contacts within the landscaping or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch services to diverse clients.
• Proficiency in preparing proposals, bids, and technical documents.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
