Key Responsibilities

• Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges
• Apply mulch and maintain landscape beds
• Plant flowers, shrubs, and small trees
• Weed and keep beds clean and well-defined
• Assist with edging, bed shaping, and seasonal clean-ups
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment
• Load/unload materials (mulch, soil, plants)
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Work with a team to complete jobs efficiently

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in landscaping or horticulture preferred
• Michigan spray license (3A, 3B, 6) preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required
