Pay $30 to $40 per hour based on experience
Quarterly bonus opportunities
Overtime available as needed
Eight hour shifts typically
Monday through Friday with weekend work available as needed

Revival Landscape is hiring an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead a 2 to 4 person crew for the upcoming landscape season. This is a seasonal full time position with landscape construction work April through November and snow removal operations November through March.

We specialize in high quality hardscape and landscape construction including paver patios, retaining walls, stone steps, grading, drainage solutions, and full yard renovations. We focus on proper base preparation, structural integrity, and long term performance. We are looking for a foreman who takes pride in craftsmanship and can confidently run a job site.

Job Summary

The Landscape Foreman is responsible for managing daily job site operations while working hands on with the crew. This role requires leadership, technical installation skill, job planning ability, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a 2 to 4 person landscape crew
Install paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, and stone steps
Oversee excavation, grading, and proper base preparation
Read and execute landscape and hardscape plans
Ensure quality control and attention to detail
Maintain job site efficiency and productivity
Operate skid steer, mini skid steer, plate compactor, and other equipment
Communicate clearly regarding progress and scheduling
Maintain safe and organized job sites
Participate in winter snow plowing and removal operations

Required Experience

Minimum three years experience as a Landscape Foreman
Strong hardscape installation experience including patios and retaining walls
Experience running a crew and managing job sites independently
Experience with grading and drainage practices

Qualifications

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Experience operating skid steer and landscape equipment
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
Strong work ethic and reliability
Professional communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
