Landscape Foreman

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in delivering exceptional landscape maintenance and enhancement services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscaping, lawn care, and horticulture, along with proven supervisory experience. As a Landscape Foreman, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, including maintenance, installation, and construction projects.
• Oversee the performance of team members, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and quality results.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Manage landscape maintenance tasks such as but not limited to mowing, trimming, pruning, planting & weed control.
• Implement effective tree care practices and horticultural techniques to promote healthy plant growth.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any repairs or replacements needed.
• Train new employees on proper landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping practices.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, gardening practices, and horticulture principles.
• Experience in construction-related tasks is a plus.
• Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for manual labor tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
