Landscape Foreman

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to oversee our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape installation, maintenance, and lawn care, along with proven leadership skills. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining high standards in all aspects of the workday.

Duties

• Oversee and participate in landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation system management.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess landscape health and identify areas for improvement.
• Guide team members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety protocols.
• Work as a team with other landscape and exterior crew members.
• Manage equipment and ensure that all tools are in good working and safe condition.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for enhancements.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping.
• Previous leadership experience is beneficial
• Knowledge of practices related to landscaping projects.
• Familiarity with plant care techniques is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team
