Landscape Foreman

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscape Foreman to lead and oversee landscape maintenance and construction projects. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance, gardening, and lawn care activities to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
• Lead landscaping and construction crews in installing new landscapes, planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, as well as maintaining existing landscapes
• Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal water efficiency
• Manage tree care operations including pruning, trimming, removal, and health assessments
• Monitor safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members on horticultural practices, equipment use, and safety procedures
• Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, quality standards, and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related construction fields with demonstrated supervising experience
• Strong knowledge of horticulture principles, gardening techniques, lawn care practices, and irrigation systems
• Familiarity with tree care techniques including pruning and health assessments
• Ability to lead teams effectively with excellent leadership skills and a proactive attitude
• Knowledge of equipment operation for landscaping tools and machinery
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including lifting heavy materials and operating machinery

Pay: $30.92 - $37.24 per hour
