Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, ect.
• Lead a team of landscapers and gardening specialists to execute projects efficiently and to high standards
• Oversee landscaping construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies; enforce proper use of equipment and tools
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members on horticultural techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a focus on quality results
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction settings
• Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, tree care techniquesand gardening fundamentals
• Familiarity with landscape construction processes and maintenance procedures
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating tasks and ensuring safety standards are met
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions
