We are searching for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to lead a team of 3–5 employees servicing commercial and high-end properties throughout Central Florida.

Position Details:

• Full-Time – 40 Hours Weekly
• Start Time: 6:30 AM
• Orlando, Florida 32817
• Competitive Pay Based on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage landscape maintenance crews
• Ensure properties are serviced professionally and efficiently
• Follow Florida Best Management Practices (BMPs)
• Operate landscaping equipment safely
• Train crew members and lead by example
• Maintain quality control on all properties

Requirements:

• Landscape maintenance experience required
• Leadership experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida conditions
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
