Landscape Foreman/Crew Lead

Lawn Care (Spring–Fall)

• Lead and supervise a crew of 1-2 employees in completing landscape maintenance jobs such as: spring clean ups, bed edging, mulching, pruning and planting of trees/shrubs on customers property
• Operate and maintain commercial-grade equipment (walk behind bed edger, zero-turn mowers, walk-behinds, push mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
• Communicate with customers on-site as needed, addressing questions or concerns in a professional manner.
• Monitor equipment for issues and report maintenance needs.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Snow Removal (Winter)

• Lead snow removal crew snow plowing, snow blowing, shoveling, and ice management for residential driveways, commercial lots, and walkways.
• Operate snow removal equipment (trucks with plows, snow blowers, and salt spreaders).
• Ensure timely response to snow and ice events, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Maintain safety standards for crew and clients during hazardous winter conditions.
• Must be able to be on call when there is a threat of snow

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
