Landscape/ Hardscape designer and sales

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Landscape/Hardscape Designer and Sales professional to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating innovative landscape and hardscape designs, utilizing advanced drafting and visualization tools, and engaging with clients to promote our services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscape architecture, construction, and sustainable design principles, with excellent project management skills. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive landscape and hardscape designs using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and other CAD software.
• Create detailed visualizations and presentations with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to effectively communicate design concepts to clients.
• Conduct site analysis utilizing GIS tools such as ArcView and ArcGIS, including land surveying and land use assessments.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide expert recommendations, and promote our landscape and hardscape solutions.
• Prepare accurate construction estimates, project proposals, and budgets for various landscaping projects.
• Manage project timelines from conception through installation, ensuring quality standards are met while adhering to sustainable design practices.
• Oversee landscape maintenance planning, irrigation systems design, and integration of civil engineering principles where applicable.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure proper execution of designs on-site.
• Stay current with industry trends in landscaping, hardscaping, civil engineering, and sustainable practices to continuously improve service offerings.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscape architecture or landscape design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, GIS (ArcView/ArcGIS), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Knowledge of horticulture, landscaping techniques, civil engineering principles, land surveying methods, irrigation systems, construction estimating, and sustainable design practices is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in sales or client engagement within the landscape or construction industry is a plus.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. This role offers an engaging environment for creative professionals passionate about outdoor design and client service excellence.
• This position is base salary plus commission

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
