LANDSCAPE DEPARTMENT POSITIONS

● For 30 years, Gardenwerks has been the gold standard for residential and commercial

landscapes in Helena. We believe in ecologically positive practices and prioritize those

projects that are low-water use, place and size lawn areas appropriately, will create

high plant biodiversity and use native plants, grasses and site restoration, where

necessary.

LANDSCAPE CREW

We’re looking for landscape crew members to work on mostly residential landscape

renovations and new installs. Experience with site preparation, operating machinery,

hardscapes and/or rock work, plantings, irrigation, etc. is great but not necessary.

Requirements:

● Ability to collaborate and communicate

● Ability to perform outdoor physical labor

● Show up on time and prepared

● Driving record

● Field and nursery positions require working in all weather conditions, being on your feet

for extended periods of time, and a willingness to learn how to operate a skid steer to

load bulk products.

Basic information

— A typical schedule for this position is 9-5 Monday-Friday, may require longer shifts during the busy season. We are a seasonal business and the landscape crew generally works from April through November.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
