Landscape Laborer

Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This energetic position involves assisting with a variety of landscape projects, from planting and lawn care to hardscape installation and tree trimming. Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision for various landscaping projects
• Support hardscape construction activities like installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other features
• Perform lawn care duties including aeration, fertilization, watering, and snow plowing during seasonal changes
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or malfunctions and performing routine repairs
• Support general site cleanup, debris removal, and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping
• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture
• Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and tree care practices
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and supporting project goals
