Landscape Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance and enhancement. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work. The Landscape Laborer will contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and weeding.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
• Participate in tree care activities such as tree trimming and pruning.
• Build and maintain various landscape features including flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls.
• Use power tools and hand tools effectively and safely to complete landscaping tasks.
• Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed.
• Irrigate plants and landscapes to ensure proper hydration.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools after each job.

Skills

• Experience in landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of snow plowing techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with tree care practices including tree trimming and pruning.
• Ability to build landscape features with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and saws.
• Skilled in handling hand tools like shovels, rakes, and hoes.
• Strong ability to maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Physical ability to dig, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• A passion for working outdoors and contributing to the beautification of landscapes.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
