Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and gardening to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators under supervision for various landscaping projects.
• Support the installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.
• Perform tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote safety and landscape beauty.
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, or installing components to ensure proper watering schedules.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways safe and accessible.
• Support construction projects by preparing sites, digging trenches, and assisting with soil grading and landscaping tasks.

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or gardening is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to develop their skills.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic horticulture practices is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge or experience operating small construction equipment such as excavators is advantageous.
• Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning enhances your ability to contribute effectively.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines diligently while working outdoors in various weather conditions is essential.
