Landscape Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance, tree care, and hardscaping, ensuring that our clients' properties are well-kept and visually appealing.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Assist with tree care activities such as tree trimming and removal.
• Install and maintain hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist in the irrigation of gardens and landscapes to ensure proper water distribution.
• Participate in snow plowing during winter months to maintain accessibility for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools and power tools commonly used in landscaping.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including plant care and irrigation techniques.
• Familiarity with hardscape installation processes is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape maintenance and care.
