Duties

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor environments
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems safely and efficiently
• Perform lawn care duties like aerating, fertilizing, and snow plowing during seasonal changes to keep landscapes pristine year-round
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and safety
• Maintain gardens by watering, mulching, weeding, and applying horticultural best practices
• Assist with general site cleanup, debris removal, and equipment maintenance to ensure a safe and organized work environment

Experience

• Prior experience with landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals
• Basic mechanical knowledge helpful for operating equipment such as excavators or irrigation systems
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques, gardening practices, or horticulture principles is advantageous
• Experience using hand tools and power tools safely in a construction or landscaping setting is desirable
• Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and planting enhances your ability to contribute effectively
• Ability to follow safety protocols diligently while working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude eager to learn new skills in landscape maintenance and construction
