Landscape Laborer

Cayuga Blu Hotel is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. Duties

• Perform groundskeeping tasks including weeding, mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Dig and prepare soil for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Maintain landscape features by watering, fertilizing, and weeding
• Assist in tree care activities such as tree trimming and removal
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) for various landscaping tasks
• Experience with power tools (chainsaws, blowers) is preferred
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including plant care and pest management
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
