Landscaping Laborer

We are looking to hire a reliable crew member for the landscaping season (April–December), with opportunities to assist with snow removal during winter months.

Preferred Experience (but willing to train):

• Landscaping / lawn care
• Operating a zero-turn mower
• Driving a truck and trailer
• Mechanical skills (a plus)

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to the shop
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Willingness to learn and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Typical Hours:
Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays (depending on weather)

Main Job Duties:

• Grass cutting
• Trimming
• Weeding
• Mulching
• Hardscape work
• Pressure washing

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay based on experience
• Bonus opportunities
• Holiday pay
