Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks like digging, planting, pruning, and installing landscape features
• Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or blockages and performing necessary repairs
• Support construction projects by assisting with excavation using equipment like excavators and preparing sites for new installations

Experience

• Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with land management equipment such as excavators or snow plows is a plus
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape maintenance best practices is advantageous
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively is essential
• Experience with tree care techniques including trimming and pruning enhances your suitability for this role
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols and work efficiently outdoors in various weather conditions
• Experience with walker mowers is a big plus!
• Drivers license pre
